I am scared of being wrapped in covers. I get really hot and my neck will break out, I start to tremble and I can't breathe whenever I get trapped in covers. Like if my friends lay on either side of my covers and I'm under them and I can't move. Does anyone know what this is called?

I am terrified of domes and tunnels. When I drive and am coming upon a tunnel, I must put the sunvisor down and focus on the hood of my vehicle. I feel chills starting down my back when I enter the tunnel. If a building has a dome of any kind or size, forget me going in. It's a fear that literally makes me ill. I break out in a sweat and I get really sick to my stomach. It makes it difficult for me to go a lot of place. There are times when I even get fearful of looking up at the blue sky because it becomes like a giant dome. I wish I understood more where this fear originated from and why I continue to have it.

One Saturday afternoon when I was a child I saw the original 13 Ghosts. Not only am I still afraid of that movie 40 some years later, I am terrified of canopy beds. I have taken apart the canopy when forced to sleep in one. I'm just afraid it will come down and suffocate me.

I have a fear of closed shoes. They can have a heel or a toe, but not both. i can wear ballet flats, but only with extreme discomfort and i have to take them off constantly. I haven't worn socks in years. I assume this is a part of my severe claustrophobia.

Underground garages. I have a fear that there are bad men lurking in them and once my panic in an underground garage was so fierce that I could not concentrate on finding my car. It took 45 minutes to find it. I will always park above ground if I can, even in the fiercest winter storm.
