General social fears

im terrified of being followed up stairs even by my mum! if the other person starts to walk faster behind me i just automatically start to run or sit on the floor!

When I stay at a hotel or a B&B or a hostel, whenever they usually offer free shampoo/conditioner, I have to remove it from the area, usually throw it in the garbage can. The reason I do this is because I have a fear that someone has removed some of the shampoo/conditioner and replaced it with their cum! I know there are people out there who get off by ejaculating in hair/body products, knowing that unsuspecting guests will rub it in their hair and massage it all over their bodies. No, thank you!

I am very scared to talk to employees in stores. I always give my money to my boyfriend and make him pay for my groceries because I'm afraid to.

I am always afraid I am being watched, so I behave as such. I never do anything I wouldn't want others to see.

I cannot use public restrooms. Not only because of the filth, but because I am afraid someone else will be in there, and they will be able to hear me urinate. I won't even use the toilet at friend's houses- I can only use my own. I have gone days without using the bathroom just because I was away on a trip or spending the night at someone else's house.

I myself am not afraid of water, but when I go out with my two younger sisters, I am afraid that if there is water around and they go near the edge, they will fall in.
Kinda weird, but a horrible thing to live with.

Ever since I went to my friends house for a sleepover(a couple months ago), and woke up in the middle of the night with the stomach flu, I've been terrified of going to her house. Anytime I go there, I slowly get the feeling like I'm about to puke and I always end up calling my dad to take me home. Everytime I go there, I always end up getting a fever and having to stay in bed for a few days. It's horrible. I also get this same feeling in very fancy resturants or when I go somewhere new and foreign.

I have a horrible fear of falling, especially around other people. I refuse to run when my feet are wet, in fear that I will slip, and it makes me feel uneasy to run at all on concrete. I guess this comes from the fact that I broke my hand once in a fall, and that every time I fall, others ridicule me.

I'm afraid of tons of social situations that people do everyday. I'm scared to go to the bank and post office. I won't order food in a drive thru with someone else in the car. I'm terrified of talking on the phone, except to people I'm really comfortable with.

I have a horrible fear of not knowing whats going on or going to happen. If i organise something with my friends and someone says they cant go or can go somewhere else i get really nervous about everything not going according to plan .

I'm terrified of being late - for meetings, flights, trains, the cinema, dinner with friends, anything! I try to control it, but I'm often an hour or more early for a train, and am regularly the first person at the airline check-in desk.
