Little OCD Rituals - Washing
i am scared of towels
Score:
I have to shower in the morning. Full on--shampoo, conditioner, body wash. If I don't, I feel like I'm really oily the rest of the day, like my face is covered in oil. I'm really clean and don't have oil problems, but it's this psychological OCD thing. Just washing my face in the morning is not enough--I can literally feel oil seeping out of my pores onto my face and scalp if I don't shower.

I can't sleep in hotel beds/strangers beds use hotel/strangers baths or showers, and if I am using a public shower I have to wear socks. If I sleep in a hotel bed, I sleep on top, with full length pyjamas, socks with the bottoms tucked in and the sleeves tucked round my hands. I also have to wash my sheets if somebody I don't know well has slept in my bed. And I can't touch other peoples tears/eyes/spit/blood/vomit ect. hrgvvbdfbkfdksj

Whenever I take a shower, I MUST have my clothes sitting on the closed toilet, next to the tub, and under a towel. I just can't deal if its not like that
