The white stuff between oreo cookies. Because i always have the strange feeling that it's actually toothpaste. I have never tasted it before and everytime before i eat an oreo i pull the cookies apart and throw away the white centre. Friends tell me it's really just cream but i can never bring myself to eat it.

popsicle, ice cream, corn dog sticks... anything like that drives me insane, not even nails on a chalkboard gets me- but as humorous as it is to my children to freak me out with it, a wooden popsicle stick grinding against teeth makes me nuts. I am looking to see if there is a name for this...

I have a fear of foods on sticks, like corn dogs or popsicles. When I was younger, I was eating a popsicle and somehow got a splinter in my gums. Now I cannot eat anything on a stick.

I've been afraid of starving to death for as long as I can remember. I almost always eat more than I need to, and plan my whole life around meals, and panic if I find I have to miss a meal break or eat less than I had planned to. I've even eaten expired food because it was there in front of me, even though I wasnt hungry, and became violently ill almost immediately. Perhaps the fear is reinforced by the fact that despite my eating more than 4000 calories a day, I never gain weight and have been rather small and thin all my life.

I can never finish food I've snagged from my mother; sweets in particular. I recall one day during lunch I'd happened to bring a bagfull of oatmeal cookies I'd absconded with the day before my mother took off on her flight to New Orleans. ... However, when I set into the bag, I found it near impossible to finish, as I was wholly convinced that to finish the bag would be to kill my mother. ... I *still* can't finish a bag of oatmeal cookies to this day.

Man, remember those cans of biscuits or cinnamon rolls where you have to peel the paper off the side of the can and then suddenly the can bursts open? I did that ONCE and it freaked me out so much I would just hand the can to my mom and then run into the farthest spot in the house and duck down and cover my ears.

I hate the taste of artificial cherries (like in sweets). I have no idea where this dislike came from but it has grown into a phobia - I'll avoid things which *might* have cherry flavouring for fear of that vile artificial taste...

Egg slicers give me vertigo. My parents had a white plastic one when I was a kid and for some reason it gave me a strange vertigo like feeling.
