Choking and swallowing phobias

I choke on my own saliva on a regular basis - I have no idea how or why I do this.

When i was little i choked on a piece of meat and for about a year after that i would take tiny bites outta everything, and then chew it till it was mushie, but I broke myself outta this fear luckily
