I am afraid of taxidermy animals, Im not sure why but every time i see any kind off animal stuffed and mounted a freeze up, and the room goes black. I cant not go into sporting goods stores. And some restaurants. I am incredibly embarrassed of my phobia and I dont share it with many people.

I have an irrational fear of spiders, which isn't very uncommon, but mine is pretty severe. I am terrified of any and all spiders, even very small ones. I cannot bring myself to kill them. If I spot one in a room of my house I will flee and refuse to return there until someone else goes and checks and gives me the "all clear". I cannot bear even a PICTURE of a spider; if I see one on television or in a book it gives me the shivers.

i have a massive phobia of peacock, peacock feathers. i can't go to places where there are peacocks. everytime when i go somewhere my eyes only search if there are any peacock feathers. i become unconscious if somone tries to show me feather, i also start crying. i dont tell anyone about this phobia as people used to laugh at me. i am just fed of it, and i just wish i could overcome it.

When I was about five my friend told me that wolves were waiting under my bed to attack me. Ever since then for the longest time I would run and dive into my bed so I didnt walk near the underneath of my bed. It soon moved to being afraid that wolves were anywhere it was dark, my bathroom, closets, garages, etc. I bascially sent half my younger running from imaginary wolves.

I am utterly terrified of sloths.
Yes, as in, that really slow moving animal that gets moss growing in it's fur.
I can't even look at pictures of them (well, the full-grown ones, anyway. The babies, while they creep me out, are far less scary to me).
I'm not even sure what it is about them that bothers me, but no, it has nothing to do with those big ol' claws.
They're just utterly menacing to me.

Hello, my name is Michael and I'm a boviphobic. Yep, that's right, I'm deathly afraid of COWS! I can't go anywhere near them or I start to shiver and shake. I get nervous when I drive through areas where there are dairy farms and I can't ever go to a county or state fair because they may be there. I am not really sure where this stems from, but I know it's a definite ingrown fear. I know they are stupid creatures that wouldn't know how to hurt a person, but that doesn't matter to me. I now live in Spain, where they fight bulls. I have not brought myself to go to a bullfight yet because I think that would be my worst fear: having to run from and fight with a nasty cow.

I am extremely afraid of whales...
It started with all underwater creatures but that fear usually comes and goes the whale one stays.
And I know,people always tell me,that it's dumb becuase when will i ever see a whale?! but idk i'm so terrified of them when they are in movies or pictures they are so overwhelmingly huge it make me want to have a panic attack just thinking about it...

I have a few phobia's actually, but most are common, like spiders, closed in windowless places, storms, but one that is rather strange is, I am petrified of animatronic things. I guess it started when I was about 14 or 15 with the "big mouth billy bass" My mom showed it to me and when it "came to life" when she moved her hand in front of it, I freaked out. I don't like those santa clauses in stores, that come to life when you walk past them or anything like that. To this day I'm still scared of them. But i guess spiders still trump that. HATE those evil creepy little things. lol

I am 26 years old and STILL have a moth phobia. I can't stand the thought of the powder and the furriness of their wings coming anywhere near me. Plus they are unpredictable, and I swear they sense my fear! If one flies into a room, my instinct is to run - which is very embarrasing when you are in a restaurant or at an awards function! I can't sleep if there is one in my room and I once missed a morning's worth of lectures because there was one on the floor in the hallway outside my varsity residence room. I was too terrified to step over it so I stayed in my room until a friend came to visit and I got her to take it outside...

i have an EXTREME phobia of jelly fish!! i hate them there evil!! i cant go in the water if i no there could be a jellyfish in the water, they just creep me out!!
